Hello, thank you for visiting my site. I have over 15 years experience in the production and custom carpentry. McCutcheon Finish Carpentry has been in business since 06, offering Custom Crown Moulding, mouldings, hardware, door installation and interior painting in the greater Sacramento California area including Granite Bay, Lincoln, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Rocklin, Loomis, Roseville, Carmichael, Natomas, Del Web Roseville Club, Sun City and Lincoln Hills.

Some may think that there isn't enough attention to detail in production construction. Though with the NHQ(national home quality) standards implemented with most Home builders these days, the superpunchs, prekeys and orientations prior to closing, it's hard to provide any thing short of perfection when installing buiding materials in production homes. With that in mind, being employed with a builder/sub-contractor for 8 years that used the NHQ process, prior to starting my own business, I use the same attention to detail in all my projects, be it production or custom homes.
I am responsive ( all calls and estimates responded to in 24 hrs, all proposals broken down on bid sheet and presented or delivered to you asap). I'm prompt and non smoking.

CROWN MOULDING - Prices start @ $300, 5 1/4" moulding for 15'x15' room w/no bullnose corners or splices. * Walls over 16' require a splice.- 3 bedrooms rooms installed and painted in 2 days. (Approx. $5.25 per ft.)

-Studs located and taged while measuring for accurate securing. 1 1/2" 18 gauge brad nails used.
-Most common material used is the 5 1/4" MDF(MDF comes primed is very plyable, affordable and has less shrinkage than wood).
-I provide material and paint of choice.

-Moulding samples and door catologs avaliable to view.
-All miters and joinery glued.
-Brad nails used on door casing and small trim.
